Virtual Reality

• If you feel unwell while playing VR, take off the headset and let our team know. You can take a break at any time.
• The comfortable VR headsets we use also work if you wear glasses. If your own glasses are unusually large, we still recommend contact lenses for your own comfort. We'd also suggest comfortable shoes, loose clothing and no up-dos or headwear of any kind. We can't take liability for scratches or damage to your own glasses caused by wearing the VR headset.
• If you're new to virtual reality or escape rooms, the Pyramid Room is the better choice.
• In VR you move freely around the room.

Children & teenagers

• Individual children aged 10 and over, for example as part of a family group, are very welcome, as long as an adult comes along. We don't recommend VR for younger children, the headsets are often too big for them.
• For groups made up only of children aged 10 to 14, please book our children's options “Kids Special” and “VR adventure worlds”.
• Groups of teenagers aged 14 to 16 need an adult supervisor with them. From 16 there's no need for a supervisor or carer any more.

Discounts

• School classes, social institutions and non-profit clubs get 5 € off per person when they show a valid ID here.

Cancellation

• Cancelling up to 48 hours before your slot is free of charge. You can cancel via the link in your booking confirmation, by email or through the contact form, but not by phone.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before the slot, a cancellation fee of 75 € per room applies.
• If you expect to be fewer people than the minimum number of participants for a booking, you need to cancel it by email in good time or reduce it by one room. Alternatively you can keep the booking for all rooms and pay for the minimum number of participants.

Payment

• Book online and pay at the venue (cash, card or PayPal). Payment by invoice is available for companies, institutions and school groups when needed. Private groups normally pay on site. We create it after you have played and send it by email. Paying in advance normally isn't possible, except indirectly through value vouchers, which you can buy online.
• The number of participants can be changed here free of charge, as long as it stays within the range you booked. You then only pay for the people who actually turn up. If the number falls outside the booked range, you need to let us know by email (see also Cancellation).
• Please be on time. If you're up to 15 minutes late, we don't charge anything. If you're later than that, you can choose: the full playing time for 15 € per room for every 15 minutes of lateness or part of it, or a correspondingly shorter game at no extra charge. If another group is scheduled after you or our team can't stay longer, there's no choice: however late you are, your playing time is then shortened accordingly, at no extra charge. If you're still not here 45 minutes after the start and haven't let us know, it counts as a no-show (75 € per room).

Of course we expect you to come sober and free of any mind-altering substances. Breaking that rule can lead to exclusion without any refund (see our terms and conditions).
