What's the minimum age for VR with you?
We recommend our VR escape rooms and VR experience worlds from age 10. With VR, body height matters more than age; the VR experience worlds often work from about 7 or 8. Children between 10 and 16 need an adult supervisor, who comes along free of charge as long as they only watch. From 16 no supervision is needed.
Do we need any technical know-how?
No. We explain the VR headset in 2 minutes, you put it on, and you're in. It works for complete tech beginners just as well as for gaming pros.
What happens if someone gets dizzy?
VR sickness (motion sickness) affects only a few people. If it does happen: take the headset off and look at a fixed point for a moment. We've got experience with this and adjust the games, calm worlds (Nature Treks, The Lab) instead of action games like Beat Saber. You can take a break at any time, and we don't charge anything for it.
How many people can play VR at the same time?
In the VR escape rooms 2 to 6 people at a time (we have 6 VR headsets). In the VR arcade up to 12 people can play in turns, perfect for bigger groups where not everyone needs a headset at the same moment. Ubisoft rooms need an even number of players (2 or 4).
Which VR room suits our group?
First time in VR: Pyramid (Ubisoft Lost Pyramid) or Mission Sigma, both easy to get into. Tech-minded groups: Frozen Castle or The Prison. Families with children: Jungle Quest or Christmas. Competition mode: Escape The Worlds XXL with 10 worlds.

In Combo Mode (classic escape room + VR) it's 26 € per person from 7 people, with the meeting point and payment at Goetheplatz 2, and the VR team then walks over to Lange Straße 27.
