• If, against all expectations, you're not enjoying an experience within the first 10 minutes, you can stop the session and leave without paying.

Group size

• For the most fun, we recommend up to 4 people playing at the same time. From 7 people, you take turns on the 6 VR headsets.

Virtual Reality

• If you feel unwell while playing VR, take off the headset and let our team know. You can take a break at any time.
• Our comfortable VR headsets also work if you wear glasses. If your own glasses are noticeably large, we'd still recommend contact lenses for your own comfort. We also recommend comfortable shoes, loose clothing and no up-dos or headwear of any kind. Unfortunately we can't take any liability for scratches or damage to your own glasses caused by wearing the VR headset.
• In our VR adventure worlds we don't shoot at people (or zombies), because VR can feel very close to reality.
• The physical minimum requirements for VR are usually one arm for the controls and the ability to move about.

Children & teenagers

• We recommend the VR experience worlds from age 10. With VR, body height matters more than age; they often work from about 7 or 8. Groups of children and teenagers between 10 and 16 need an adult supervisor with them. From 16 upwards, no supervisor or carer is needed any more.
• Individual children under the age of 14, for example as part of a family group, can book the normal escape offers. There too, one adult has to look after each child, and there have to be at least two adults per room in total.
• Do also have a look at the "Kids Special" as an extra booking option if you've got a larger group of children or a split into two groups might work better.

Discounts

• School classes, social institutions and non-profit clubs get a 5 € discount per person if they show a matching ID when they arrive.
• Only with the VR adventure worlds: we give 20 % off for every additional hour and for returning guests. Just bring your last receipt as proof on your next visit (the discount only applies to the same number of VR stations you booked last time). The discount is worked out here once you've shown the proof. You can also pass the discount on to friends. It applies to the VR adventure worlds only and can't be combined with other offers.

Cancellation

• Cancelling up to 48 hours before your slot is free of charge. You can cancel via the link in your booking confirmation, by email or through the contact form, but not by phone.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before the slot, a cancellation fee of 75 € per room applies.
• If fewer people turn up than the minimum number of participants of a booking allows, one room has to be cancelled by email. Alternatively you can play the booked rooms with fewer people, but you'll pay for the minimum number of participants of the booking.

Payment

• Book online and pay at the venue (cash, card or PayPal). Payment by invoice is available for companies, institutions and school groups when needed. Private groups normally pay on site. We create it after you have played and send it by email. Paying in advance normally isn't possible, except indirectly through value vouchers, which you can buy online.
• You can change the number of participants free of charge when you arrive, as long as it stays inside the range you booked. You then only pay for the people who are actually there. If the number falls outside the booked range, you need to tell us by email (see also cancellation).
• Please be on time. If you're up to 15 minutes late, we don't charge anything. If you're later than that, you can choose: the full playing time for 15 € per room for every 15 minutes of lateness or part of it, or a correspondingly shorter game at no extra charge. If another group is scheduled after you or our team can't stay longer, there's no choice: however late you are, your playing time is then shortened accordingly, at no extra charge. If you're still not here 45 minutes after the start and haven't let us know, it counts as a no-show (75 € per room).

It goes without saying that we expect you sober and free of any mind-altering substances. Anyone breaking this rule may be excluded from the game without a refund (see our terms and conditions).
